phdream8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, phdream8 may freeze account funds pending investigation and may be required to report relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities without notifying the member in advance.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting phdream8 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (less any applicable fees or withheld amounts) will be returned to the member through their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Members who have self-excluded through the platform's responsible gaming tools may not request reopening of their account during the self-exclusion period. phdream8 will exercise reasonable care in processing voluntary closures, but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or incomplete member verification.
